I had half a pizza with red peppers, green peppers, pineapple, broccoli, vegan chorizo, and 4 kinds of cheese, plus a pesto and ranch drizzle. It came with a side Caesar salad and I paired it with a Coke Zero. I was shocked when I input the ingredients that it only ended up at 850 calories. It’s a good option to pair with a 400-500 calorie second meal. And yes obviously the dips on the side would add additional calories but they’re not included in this total.

Unless that’s fat free dressing, I’m seeing multiple hundreds of calories in the cups, on the pizza, and on the salad.

Very skeptical with the amount of cheese, croutons, pesto and ranch drizzle.

Try the white top sometime, it’s my favorite.

4 slices of pizza + the salad?

    🙁 I don’t think this is accurate. I’m sorry

  5. Since everyone is saying they’re skeptical, I meant to include that this is based on their nutrition calculator online when I input each of the toppings/ingredients. Obviously it would vary depending on how light or heavy handed they were with the dressing.

Literally reading a person in denial about how many calories are in this pizza.

  7. With the ranch, absolutely not.

I will say though, the chicken pesto pizza at blaze is the best 800 calories of my day when I get one.

I guessed on some: classic dough, red sauce and the cheeses: mozzarella, ricotta, shredded parm and feta (how’d I do??)

I ended up getting 830 calories total. I’m not sure why so many people want to jump on the doubt train. But, your lunch sounded filling and tasty and you ended up with another 350 calories left for a nice light meal to end the day. Hope you enjoyed!

My go to with blaze is 1 whole pizza, classic crust, spicy red, no cheese and then I load it up with veggies: artichoke, mushroom, spinach and Brussel sprouts to make it more filling. Olive oil, chili oil and sea salt drizzle. 720 calories for the whole pie!

  9. You guys are all so negative. Like learn to relax, it was a delicious meal and kept me full all day. Their nutrition calculator should be fairly close to accurate as they have a legal responsibility to estimate it and train their employees to give certain portions.

I’d want a lot more food/volume than that for 800 calories. I’m sure it was lovely though
